Our firm is a registered private company in England and Wales and is regulated in terms of the Companies Acts, DTI guidelines and Accountancy Bodies under whose aegis Directors and Associates are permitted to engage in public practice. All Directors and Associates are qualified Accountants and hold diplomas and certificates in Accounting & Finance, International Financial Reporting and International Auditing from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA); the Institute of Certified Public Accountants; the Institute of Incorporated Public Accountants; the Association of International Accountants and the Association of Certified Management Accountants - all of which subscribe to the International Accounting and Financial Reporting Standards and the International Standards on Auditing (United kingdom and Ireland).

In the area of Corporate Accounting, we provide a full range of computerised Book-keeping and Accounting services. We prepare monthly management accounts tailored to the management information needs of each client. We also assist our clients with the financial management of their businesses by preparing monthly cash flow statements. And finally, we prepare the annual or year end (final) accounts in accordance with statutory requirements and in compliance with UK and International Accounting and Financial Reporting Standards.

For Auditing and Assurance Engagements, we adhere to the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC)'s : Code of Ethics for Professional Accountants in Public Practice; the international Standards on Quality Control (ISQC); the International Framework for Assurance Engagements; Standards and Guidelines of the International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board (IAASB) and the relevant Companies Acts and other legislation governing the entity concerned.

In addition to external audits, we also undertake Internal Auditing Engagements for clients who find it to be cost effect to contract out this function rather than maintaining an in-house internal audit department. In this regard, our firm is capable of undertaking Efficiency and Effectiveness Audits, Value for Money Audits, Compliance Audits and Forensic Audits/Investigations.

We are also authorised to act as Reporting Accountants for small charities in accordance with Companies Act 1985 Sections 246-249.

For Taxation work our firm follow guidelines and code of ethics set by the Chartered institute of Taxation and the Federation of Tax Advisers.

Finally, for Management Consultancy assignments, the firm follows principles and practice and adhere to the codes of ethics of the Institute of Management Consultancy, the Institute of Financial Consultants and the Chartered Management Institute.
